About The Girl Budgets

You’re not bad with money. You’re stuck in a pattern.
Most women who find The Girl Budgets already know what they should be doing with money.

They’ve tried budgeting apps.
They’ve tried spreadsheets.
They’ve tried starting fresh.
What they struggle with isn’t knowledge it’s consistency.

Life gets busy, something goes off track, and instead of adjusting, they quit and promise themselves they’ll start again later.
That’s the pattern I help women break.
Why I do this work

I work in finance and I’m also a trained financial coach, which means I spend a lot of time looking not just at numbers but at behaviour.

In my work, I see the same thing over and over again:
capable, intelligent women who aren’t failing, but are exhausted by systems that don’t survive real life.

I’ve lived this too.

I didn’t change my relationship with money by finding the perfect system.
I changed it by learning how to stay engaged when things weren’t perfect.

That’s what The Girl Budgets is built around.

What makes The Girl Budgets different

The Girl Budgets isn’t here to teach budgeting basics or tell you what you already know.

It exists to help you:

-
Stop restarting
-
Strip things back
-
Build consistency without pressure or perfection
My approach is shaped by both real-world finance experience and financial coaching principles focusing on sustainable change, not quick wins.
This work is about behaviour, not willpower.
And that’s why it lasts.
My approach

At The Girl Budgets, I believe:

-
Stability matters more than perfection
-
Consistency beats motivation
-
Tools don’t change behaviour systems do
-
You don’t need to be “fixed” to improve
I don’t believe in shortcuts, hype, or pretending money is easy if it isn’t.
I do believe in realistic structures, honest conversations, and progress you can actually maintain.
If this sounds like you…

If you’re tired of starting over and want a calmer, more sustainable way to handle money, you’re in the right place.

You don’t need to change everything.
You just need to stop quitting.
